In 2023 we already had a brillant start with our ongoing customer projects. In parallel we showed a strong performance in Incident Response<\/span><\/strong> as a new customer suffering a global ransomware attack decided to choose a tactical team from ndaal to recover sites and services.
Well done team, I want to add!
Now we are focussing on development projects again and re-focus on CI\/CD pipelines<\/span><\/strong>, threat-modelling<\/strong><\/span> and vulnerability management<\/span><\/strong> in a platform engineering project in regulated environments<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2022 was a thrilling Year<\/span><\/strong>
It started with a bang! called Log4J<\/span><\/strong> which in fact had some good impact in the development of ourr own AI based anomaly detector. So we directly had the chance to validate our solution and: Gotcha! Found log4j even in environments wherin the vendor wrote the customer there is none: 100% hit!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Over the Year we participated on the first CTF contest held by the Swedish CERT and we’re proud in at least finding more then 50% of the flags in total; still remembering the team working on this contest never worked in information security before – a big WOW<\/span><\/strong> it was a great team effort!<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Finally after months of preparation we had our 1st joint workshop together with the University of Applied Science Bonn-Rhein Sieg and here in special with the Institute for Cyber Security & Privacy (ICSP)<\/span><\/strong> and the team of Prof. Dr Luigi Lo Iacono
For 2023<\/strong><\/span> there will be much more on this new collaboration<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

In addition to the further development of the company and the ongoing recruitment of new talents and specialists, we will be taking down our tents on the Lower Rhine in the spring and venturing into the big city:<\/p>

We also had problems with the unexpected SARS-CoV-2 pandemic
(severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus type 2).
All work processes and especially the planning of presence were more challenging than expected.
Protecting the health of our employees, their families and, last but not least, our customers had absolute priority.
In retrospect, we can say that although this pandemic caused us some headaches in terms of scheduling, in the end we were able to make optimal use of the digitalised processes to be available for our customers. From a business point of view, the past year 2020 was a great success!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

First and foremost, we would like to thank our customers for the trust they have placed in us<\/span><\/strong> and especially our employees – it was a great team effort!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Late in 2019 the time had come, we went to the notary, company formation!<\/strong><\/span>
Now it was official, we founded a new company and start a new journey towards the future.
The new company was established at the old XSTeam headquarters and we set out to develop our concept.
